*Sarapan :
- Oatmeal + apple/pir sauce/pisang lecek + susu atau Oatmeal + susu saja
juga boleh
- Tepung beras merah (buatan sendiri) + apple sauce + susu
- Tepung beras merah + buah apple cincang halus + juice apple
*Snack :
- plain yoghurt
- plain yoghurt plus pisang yang dilecek atau dicincang halus, boleh juga pir
atau apple, mangga
- milkshake mangga, alpukat
- Buah (mulai 8 bulan bayi sudah bisa diperkenalkan dengan finger snack,
untuk buah boleh dipotong kecil panjang sebagai finger snack terutama untuk
apel dan pir).
- Puding roti (whole wheat) + apple + susu
* Makan tengahari/petang:
- Oatmeal + ayam/daging cincang + sayuran (buncis/peas + wortel) + keju
parut (boleh ditambahkan susu)
- Mashed potato + ayam/daging cincang + sayuran
(buncis/peas/bayam/brokoli + wortel) + keju parut + susu
- Jagung manis yang dibuat puree + ayam/daging cincang+ bayam/brokoli +
tahu + keju/kuning telur
- Makaroni + ayam/daging sapi cincang + tahu + sayuran + keju parut
